Coronavirus (Covid 19) update
The current circumstances surrounding the spread of Convid-19 are very fluid and ever-evolving and we continue to monitor the developments closely. Our clients' safety and wellbeing are of the utmost importance and we are working closely with our global network of Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and our valued travel agent partners to provide the best service to our clients.
As a company, we always adhere to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) travel advice. To check the latest Governmental travel advice please visit https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus
As and when there are any changes to the FCO advice that may affect our clients existing travel plans, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
We aim to be as flexible as possible for new bookings and have reduced holiday deposits to £250 per person until further notice, and made it possible to request a refund or postpone travel plans at no extra cost, in the event that a trip can’t go ahead due to Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office advice or overseas government restrictions. All tour payments to Indus Experiences are 100% protected by our ATOL and ABTA Licences.
If your travel plans are affected by restrictions put in place by the FCDO , you can postpone and rebook to the same or new destination for travel up to 31 December 2021* and we will work with our suppliers to minimise penalties wherever possible. Indus Experiences will not charge amendment fees to enact those changes.
- If we can move your booking to a new date without penalty we will do so although we may need to adjust the cost of your trip to reflect the new dates, particularly if those coincide with festivals or a higher season of travel. Equally if the cost of your postponed trip is less, we will reduce the cost accordingly.
- In the event that you choose to cancel your travel completely we will do our utmost to secure maximum refunds from the suppliers involved.
Indus Experiences puts clients first, we will work with you to make the best possible decision around your travel plans.
