Your day is at leisure to relax with a spa treatment or visit the Negombo “Lellama” fishmarket. It is a vibrant, noisy, and busy place throughout the day.
The fish market is close to the Dutch Fort and can be spotted across the lagoon bridge, known as Munnakare Bridge. About 4000 boats go to sea from here every single day. The legendary “lellama” is only closed on Sundays because most of the fishermen in the area being Catholics, attend church.
Day 4: To Nuwara Eliya
Morning drive into the highlands of Nuwara Eliya and discover Sri Lanka at its most dramatic: a land of gurgling mountain streams and steep hillsides cloaked in luminous green tea, sweet-scented Cyprus and Eucalyptus trees. Nuwara Eliya, nestled at the foot of a mountain, was made into a summer retreat by the British in the early 1800s and much of its colonial character still remains. Stay three nights at the Goatfell Bungalow, Nuwara Eliya. (Concordia Double room)
Day 5: Nuwara Eliya
The cool, fresh mountain climate of Kandapola makes this a superb destination for exploring outdoors. The bungalow’s own tea estate provides a good introduction, and you can stroll along hedge-lined estate roads flanked by waist high tea bushes either on your own or with one of the staff members. Finlay’s Tea Factory, an authentic working tea factory, is within walking distance of the bungalow and you can learn all about the production of the world’s favourite brew on an absorbing manager-guided tea factory tour.
Day 6: Nuwara Eliya
Explore the sights of the colonial-era hill station of Nuwara Eliya and visit Horton Plains to peer down from dramatic World’s End and stroll through the
reserve’s plains and high altitude cloud forest. Later relax and enjoy a refreshing pot of tea on the veranda.

After breakfast transfer by private vehicle to the southern coastal town of Galle passing rural villages and stunning coastal scenery.
Stay two nights at the Fort Bazaar. Galle Fort. (Bazaar Room)

Take a walking tour of the Galle Fort. The walk will reveal quirky and extraordinary things about the city built of coral and is still rich with daily rituals
that you can experience first-hand. Galle, you will quickly discover, is a place that will make you think, laugh, debate, dream, and ponder as you learn what really makes it tick.

enjoy personalised, high-end service. Just to the north of Balapitiya is Kosgoda, a remarkable turtle nesting beach with hatcheries for visiting, and the
estuary of the Madu Ganga River for embarking on boat trips through the wildlife-filled wetlands, edged by mangrove forests, a serene island temple
and cinnamon estates
