Day 1 : To Udaipur
Fly London-Udaipur via Mumbai or Delhi.

Day 2 : Udaipur
Arrival Udaipur. Transfer to hotel. 2 nights at Hotel The Fatehgarh. B

Day 3 : Udaipur
Full day sightseeing in this enthralling city full of history and culture. Walk in the Maid of Honour Gardens, visit the Jagdish Temple and vast sprawling City Palace Complex.
Optional: Boat ride on Lake Pichola.

Day 4 : To Pali
After the drive from Udaipur relax before a fascinating village walk seeing the local temples, school and local artisan shops. The hotel itself is still a family home so explore, with a family member, the gracious rambling building. Overnight at Chanoud Mahal. B, L, D

Day 5 : To Jodhpur
Drive from Pali to Jodphur. Remainder of day at leisure. 2 nights at The Rohet House. B

Day 6 : Jodhpur
Visit the 15 th C. Meherangarh Fort, soaring skyward and filled with treasures revealing the enthralling lives of the Royal family. Then, on a quieter note visit the Jaswant Thada a serenely beautiful marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II. B

Day 7 : To Jamba
Today drive deep into the Great Thar desert to Dera Dune and stay at The Clements Retreat. Here guests can find tranquillity and peace surrounded by the desert wilderness. As the sultry dusk turns to night the skies are an astronomer’s delight. The dawn brings the perfection of a new desert day with bold blue skies and whispering sands. 3 nights at Dera Dune, The Clement Retreats. B, L, D

Day 8 -10 : Jamba
There is so much – or so little to do here – take a desert walk, meet the local tribal people, enjoy a desert drive in a 4x4 or more sedately on camel back! Between September and March witness the awesome sight of over 30000 Demoiselle Cranes at nearby Khichan coming to nest. To unwind, relax by the pool or read on your private patio. B, L, D

Day 11 : To Delhi
Fly to Delhi. Stay overnight at Raddison Blue. B

Day 12 : To London
Fly back to Delhi and then flight to London.
